This page explains, in plain language, what information this site collects when you visit, and what it does not. The short version: this is a guide site. We do not run applications, we do not have accounts, and we never ask you for personal documents.

What we never collect

We never ask for, and you should never send us, your CNIC number, B-Form number, date of birth, roll number, photographs, mark sheets or any other application documents. Those belong on one place only: the official IBCC portal at pmychromebooks.ibcc.edu.pk, over its secure connection. If any page claiming to be us asks for those details, it is not us.

What this site may collect

Like most websites, this site may use basic analytics and server logs to understand which pages get read and to keep the site running. That can include anonymous details such as the pages you visited, the type of device and browser you used, and the time of your visit. This information is used in aggregate — to see, for example, that many students are stuck on the documents step — not to identify individual visitors.

If you write in the site's community discussions or reports, the text you submit is stored so it can be shown and answered. Please do not include personal details such as CNIC numbers or phone numbers in anything you post there.

Cookies

This site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functions, analytics and, where shown, advertising. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; the guide will still work.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to the official IBCC portal and to our sister guide site. Once you leave this site, their privacy rules apply, not ours. The official portal will ask for the personal details your application requires — that is the government's process, run on the government's site.
