Questions about this guide, or spotted something we should fix? The fastest way to reach the people behind this site is through the community discussions and reports on this site itself. Leave your question or correction there and it comes straight to us. We read everything, and errors get fixed on the page so the next student does not trip over the same thing.

A few honest notes before you write. We are an independent guide site, not a government office. That means there are some things we simply cannot do:

• We cannot check whether your name is on your board's list — only the IBCC portal and your board can do that.
• We cannot edit, reset or resubmit your application. Once a form is submitted on the portal, only the official channels can touch it.
• We cannot speed up a merit list or a Chromebook delivery.
• We will never ask for your CNIC number, B-Form number, or any fee. Anyone who does is not us.

For anything about your actual application, use the official route. Start with the portal at pmychromebooks.ibcc.edu.pk. If your record is not found or your details are wrong, contact your school first and then your education board — boards run committees specifically for complaints about merit lists, registration verification and non-delivery of devices.

For this site, the discussion section is the right place for guide feedback: a step that is unclear, a document requirement that changed, a board-specific detail we missed. Tell us which board you are applying through and which step you are stuck on, and we will update the guide so it helps the next student too.

One safety reminder that applies everywhere: apply only on the official .edu.pk portal, and never share your CNIC, B-Form or date of birth on social media pages, WhatsApp forwards or look-alike websites, no matter how official they appear.
